1.Is the Tronsmart compatible with my HP Pavilion dv6 notebook?
We haven't got the Notebook you mentioned to test, in theory, the power bank cannot charge your Notebook as the power bank's maximum output power is 18W.
You can charge the Presto to the full, and change another USB to Lightning cable to try. If the power bank still has the problem, you can write to our support@tronsmart.com for warranty service.
